NuFlow offers a variety of solutions tailored to specific potable water pipe requirements. From pinholes in copper lines to lead service lines, NuFlow has the technology to tackle the toughest water line infrastructure problems.
NuLine corrosion control coating restores aged, corroded water pipe systems to a “like new” condition while leaving the pipes in place, avoiding the expense and disruption of pipe replacement. The epoxy coating is applied to the pipes’ interior, which seals and protects the system from further deterioration and dramatically extends the system’s life.
Used In
Pressurized systems including potable, HVAC, fire suppression, gas, and compressed air, NuLine can be installed in pipelines with diameters of 1⁄2 inch to 12 inches in diameter.
The epoxy coating is safe and non-toxic, meets the requirements of NSF/ANSI 61, and is approved for use in cold and hot potable water applications systems down to 1/2” in pipe diameter. The cured epoxy product is extremely durable and resistant to the corrosive action of acids, alkalis and petroleum.

PRESSURE PIPE LINING
Pressurized Pipe Lining repairs any type of pressure pipe system with minimal disruption. Designed to repair pipes under and above surfaces you don’t want to destroy. NuFlow offers a variety of trenchless rehabilitation solutions including Pressurized CIPP and In Hose Liners. The solutions restore Class I, II, III, and IV projects from 2” to 55” in diameter and up to 600 psi. All of our solutions include cure validation through real-time data and analytic tools to ensure quality assurance through every step of the process.
Lead Pipe Lining
The Serline lead pipe lining process is faster and costs less than conventional pipe replacement, the 2-hour cure time means same day return to service, and a comprehensive audit trail provides quality assurance and peace of mind. The Serline process features a NuFlow-developed polyurethane-polyurea hybrid resin. The flexible resin coats the inside of lead pipes, creating a barrier between the lead pipe and the water. The resin also spans small defects, thereby reducing leakage and improving pressure and flow characteristics.
More than 13,000 lead service lines worldwide have been rehabilitated using the Serline process.
