The basic process for all of our technologies is simple:

We leave the existing pipes in place and create an epoxy lining on the interior of the old pipe. This seals any gaps or cracks, prevents corrosion and root intrusion, and gets things flowing again.

The process is largely non-invasive, fast, and reliable.

Because it uses existing access points like cleanouts and toilet risers there is little if any damage to the property that needs to be repaired. There’s no need to tear out walls or cut up slabs!

NuFlow has different technologies and processes for different problems and different types of pipes. Pipes can be broken down into two main categories, pressurized and non-pressurized.

Non-Pressurized Pipe Systems

Non-pressurized

Non-pressurized pipe systems, which are prime candidates for CIPP Liners, typically include sewer and drain systems such as mains, horizontal laterals, vertical stacks, sanitary sewer systems, storm and roof drains, vent systems, and other waste systems. These systems, ideal for the application of CIPP Liners, rely on gravity to move fluids through the pipe or simply allow for air flow and venting. The use of CIPP Liners in these non-pressurized systems ensures a durable and long-lasting solution, enhancing the integrity and functionality of the entire infrastructure. CIPP Liners are particularly effective in these scenarios, providing a seamless, corrosion-resistant lining that conforms to the existing pipe structure.

Pressurized Systems

Pressurized systems usually consist of potable water systems, HVAC systems, fire suppression, compressed air systems, water risers and water mains. These pipes all utilize pressure to move fluid or air through the system.

Why not just replace
the pipes?

Old fashioned pipe replacement has many disadvantages, which include the creation of a messy construction site, significant time to completion, and major disruption to residents or tenants. NuFlow’s cured in-place pipe (CIPP) lining solutions are non-destructive, eco-friendly, non-invasive, cost-effective, and can be installed in a fraction of the time.

You don’t have to destroy your property to fix your pipes. Lining minimizes damage to walls, floors and surrounding areas because lining is handled through cleanouts or other existing access points. If a sewer pipe is under concrete or pavement, there’s no need to jackhammer it up since our pipe lining technology slides right into the existing pipe.

Rehabilitating sewer pipes using lining can cost half of what conventional pipe replacement does. There is little structural modification involved because there is no need to take out walls or tear up the street or lawn. Minimal exterior digging also reduces clean-up costs, as well as the labor costs needed to complete the job.

Typically, we are in and out in about half the time of pipe replacement. Without the need to dig or spend time repairing walls, floors and ceilings, the procedure of pipe lining is more time efficient than complex conventional pipe replacement. And because lining is developed to solve the problem for the long-term, it helps prevent problems such as corrosion and leaks from reoccurring and reduces future inconvenience for you and your community.

Long-lasting

LONG-LASTING

It’s faster, less invasive, and less expensive, but it is projected to last just as long. We’ve been lining pipe for more than 20 years. Our lining technologies are projected to last more than 50 years, about the same as you’d expect with conventional pipe replacement. You can get all the benefits of lining and still get the same life out of your pipes.
